Almonds Meringue Biscuits (Brutti ma Buoni)

I do not know the exact origin of these delicate “cookies but philosophically I like the name already may look ugly, aesthetically unattractive but are very good …. and teach us to rely not only by appearances .. .:))) to taste with tea, coffee with milk or with mascarpone cream to overdo the calories

. 3 egg whites

. 300 g of sugar (I use 275 g of sugar)

. 300 g chopped almonds

. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Beat the egg whites with sugar and add vinegar.When it’s nice fluffy and white add the almonds,stirring gently. Cover with waxed paper a baking sheet and pour spoonfuls of the dough leaving space between them. Let stand for 10 minutes.Bake in preheated oven at 175-180 degrees for about 15 minutes or so. Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from paper. Put them in a container with a lid. They can withstand up to 3 days even if it is difficult to endure for so long …:)))
