Softy Cake

I don’t know if at your home you had some chocolat left overs from Easter…at home we had  and so I decided to use the dark chocolate to make this cake with very good results…:))

. 200 g of dark chocolate

. 100g of butter

. 150 g of sugar

. 2 eggs yolks

. 1 whole egg

. 50 g of sieved wheat flour

Melt the butter in the microwave and add the chocolate into small pieces until completely melted. Set apart to warm.

With the mixer mix the yolks, the egg and the sugar until foams. Add a little quantity at time the warm mix of chocolate and butter, until completely mixed in. In the end add a small quantity at time of the sieved flour, mixing from low to high, gently with a wood spoon. Butter a baking pan of 22 or 24 cm of diameter and pour the mixture. Bake in the pre heated oven (170°C) for 35 minutes. Take out from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Sieve some icing sugar over the cake before serving.

You can serve it with a red fruits sauce or strawberries sauce if you want. (150 g of red fruits, 50 g of sugar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix all and allow to rest for 10 minutes, then reduce this mix to a sauce with the blender. Cook for 10 minutes and serve with the cake)
