Apple Crumble with ice cream
This is a quick recipe that youngs and not too youngs like as well …with the ice cream creates a pleasant contrast between crunchy and softy tastes…The ingredients are for 3-4 persons…(4 exact pieces or 3 generous ones…
. 4 green apples peeled and sliced
for the crumble:
. 3 tbsp of butter cut into little cubes
. 3 tbsp of sugar (brown, white or even a mix of both)
. a pinch of salt
. 1/2 cup of wheat flour
. 3 tbsp of muesli (or oats)
Spray a baking pan lightly with a nonstick cooking spray. Pour the sliced apples. Mix the ingredients of the crumble and pour over the apples. Bake in the pre heated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes until it’s lightly brown and crispy. Allow it to cool down a little. Cut into 4 pieces and serve each with an ice cream of your choice (vanilla, hazelnuts, chocolat…) or if you’re feeling fond of it…add another ball of ice cream, of a different flavour…
